Reasons Why Fast Food is Bad for You

Fast food is a meal that everyone craves pretty much everyday. When people are in a hurry, no time to cook over the stove, they usually go for something easy and good like this type of food. Little do most people know, it is very unhealthy for someone to take in. From my source, it say's "they contain lots of fat, calories, cholesterol and sodium; far more than what we would attain from other food sources". I actually know this for a fact, because I have found out that Five Guys, the fast food restaraunt, has the most fattening and calorie filled french fries in one serving. Although this food is very tasty, it is also harmful to the body.

Clogged arteries, belly fat, and also heart disease can be a greater risk from this particular type of food. The amount of sodium, fat, calories, and cholesterol found in these foods are very unhealthy for someone to consume on a daily basis. A big mac from mcdonalds contains over 1/3 of the normal calorie a human should have on a fifteen thousand calorie diet. Basically, after this, you could only consume one more big meal before taking in more calories than you should. Most people will continue to consume more than two meals after eating at a fast food joint. This actually puts them in higher risks of obesity.
