A month of fast food?

In this article by Joanne Waldron, eighteen people were put to a study on if fast food can really make a difference in the health of your liver. During this they were asked to eat two meals a day at a fast food restaurant and restrict their physical activity. To see if this accusation was a fact the doctors took blood samples of each person at the beginning and then ever so often throughout it. This was to monitor the tole it was taking on each of there livers. At the end of the study, seventeen out of the eighteen had reached the goal of increasing their body weight by 5.
I believe that fast food is becoming more of a problem in todays society. People don't take into consideration on how it can truly harm your body. It is causing more deaths in todays generation then ever, because of the underestimate of the health issues. You need your liver to survive and it shows in this article by Joanne Waldron, "eating fast food continuously and not having a high activity lifestyle can surely damage not only the liver but other organs."
